9 People You Didn't Know Were U.S. Marines (9 person items)

"The Everly Brothers had a string of hit singles including "Bye, Bye Love" and "Wake Up Little Susie" (which was considered a scandalous song in a simpler time) when they enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserve. Stationed at Camp Pendleton in 1961-1962, they frequently entertained their company with impromptu concerts. The duo appeared in their dress blue uniforms on The Ed Sullivan Show and performed "Crying in the Rain""

Creepiest Songs (10 person items)

""Dream dream dream dream When I want you in my arms, when I want you (..) All I have to do is dream (...) I need you so, that I could die" Another ironic "romantic" song. You've just watched Freddy Krueger, the dream's killer, taking care of some teenagers and when the nightmare seems to be over you can hear this thing about "I want you in my arms on my dreams"... ok It's scary, you got to admit. Actually I think I didn't need Freddy to make me shiver with this song... Song: All I Have to Do I"

The Immortals (100 person items)

""The roots of the Everly Brothers are very, very deep in the soil of American culture. First of all, you should know that the Everly Brothers were child stars. They had a radio show with their family, and their father, Ike, was an influential country guitar player, so he attracted other significant musicians to the Everlys' world -- among them, Merle Travis and Chet Atkins, who was instrumental in getting the Everlys on the Grand Ole Opry. They were exposed to extraordinary country-roots music, "
