Ability to choose which of other members' Avatar images is displayed for you

Useful for

a) recognizing members who like to change avatars like wearing different clothes every day, whether its just to show them off, reflect a change in their tastes, or a deliberate attempt to keep others from knowing who they are

b) putting back an avatar you liked better

c) Even better would be if you could use any image on listal as their avatar, so that you could pick one that you thought represented them better, whether it was an image you liked or an image of something like a thumbs-down, a circle with a line through it, or a can of spam.
