The title track, cowritten by frontman Tom Landa and Anette Ducharme, sums up the band's strengths neatly and deserves to be heard. Dueling fiddles fire up the reels, the sprightly cover of "I've Just Seen a Face" is a neat contrast to Holly Cole's version, and Landa's originals ("Crashing Down," "Salvation") tackle the Big Issues. --Jeff Bateman
