Okay, "The Voice" is amazing here, it is beautiful and there is a hue of sadness within it, but with a youthful strength it promises to endure hell. Though one-third of these tracks don't live on due to the time-trapped sound; the vocals are immortal. This is when Mariah's voice was untouchable. If this voice had been just a bit well guarded it would have remained strong till the day it actually saw the day of Mariah's evolved sound of soul and depth. The vocals are awe-inspiring, and for those who admire the human voice, this record is a must. I personally own all of Mariah Carey's CDs, and I am still enthralled by this dramatic-coloratura soprano.
