I've listened to this version with his re-recorded drum and bass a couple of times to hear the differences. The sound is clearer on this one, but I like the original MUCH better.
The drum and bass you hear on this album have been recorded in 2002, while the voice of Ozzy and Rhandy's guitar are from 1980...

"OK I have a confession to make; this was the album that made me want to play guitar when I was a little kid. I had to hear it constantly from my old man, and had these dreams of growing up into a rock star that could play Crazy Train. Randy Rhoads holds the cherry for that reason.
You may be one of those kids that wanted to play after hearing Crazy Train, and Randy Rhoads can easily become your guitar hero thanks to his massive talent and creativity he held. I know many people that cite this a"

First Ozzy Osbourne album ever owned
Album that made me want to play guitar
Age: 12
When you've heard that song Crazy Train on the radio for years, it's only a matter of time you get an Ozzy record. My aunt bought me this record for my 12th birthday, and like the others, it was the first pressing of the CD. I still remember it, just a year later Ozzy's solo stuff would become very relevant again with the 1995 remasters (which I bought 4 of: Diary of a Madman, No Rest for th"

Cold, alone you hang in ruins
Thought that you'd escape the reaper
You can't escape the master keeper."
Ozzy's solo debut, still sounding fresh and as if you just heard it for the first time. The impact of this record is phenomenal. It's the one album I have heard on the radio played more than anything (Crazy Train, Goodbye To Romance)
Randy Rhoads easily established himself as one of the best guitar players in the world on this debut, his melodic frenzy of solo "

Year: 1980!
Okay, Black Sabbath - and Ozzy - kinda went downfall after when the latter left the band. Everything became disorientated. It was almost heartbreaking as when The Beatles broke up!
But Ozzy redeemed himself when he hired Rhandy Rhoads & wrote 2 of the most recognizable, most beloved rock songs of all time: Crazy Train and Mr. Crowley!
Good job Ozzy... R.I.P Randy!

HOW FUCKING RIDICULOUS IS THAT!!!!!!!!
The drum is not that bad, but I have a big problem with the bass. Bob Daisley, the original bass-player is 100 times better than Robert Trujillo, much more subtle and brighter.
Trujillo practically destroys my favorite song "Revelation (Mother Earth)". He did well on Live at Budokan, but here he fucked-up.
It's also a disgrace the original 1995 remaster of Blizzard is no longer being made” read more
