''I am not the Zodiac. And if I were, I certainly wouldn't tell you.''

Based on the Robert Graysmith books about the real life notorious Zodiac, a serial killer who terrorized San Francisco with a string of seemingly random murders during the 1960s and 1970s.

Perfect Performances from the entire cast. The duration of the film at 160 minutes it seems scary but in reality if you immerse yourself in a realistic world to carry the movie do not understand it. Thesis in the dark mind of someone who has never revealed and still nobody is 100% sure what it is. A comprehensive proposal from a developer leaving history.

A riveting thriller murder-mystery, based on real events of the Zodiac killer that terrorized San Fransisco in the 60s/70s. Despite it's fairly long runtime, I got so absorbed into the story that I kept thinking about it after it was over, and even did a bit of wikipedia reading on the subject the next day at work. That to me is a sign it's a great film. The acting was of very high caliber, and... read more

Famous People vs. the Actors Who Played Them (115 movies items)

"Jake Gyllenhaal as Robert Graysmith ( a true-crime author. He was working as a political cartoonist for the San Francisco Chronicle in 1969 when the Zodiac Killer case came to light. Graysmith attempted to decode letters written by the killer. He became very interested in the case and confronted the person he suspected, Arthur Leigh Allen, at his workplace. He later wrote two books about the case and went on to write several more about other high-profile crimes) "

A Complete review of David Fincher's work (9 movies items)

" Cast : Jake Gyllenhaal, Mark Ruffalo, Anthony Edwards, Robert Downey Jr., Brian Cox, Chloë Sevigny, Elias Koteas What was it about? A San Francisco cartoonist becomes an amateur detective obsessed with tracking down the Zodiac killer. My two cents: In my opinion, it is easily one of the most underrated movies made by David Fincher. Somehow, it was a flop at the box-office but I think it was really undeserved. In my opinion, Fincher had grown since he made 'Seven' 12 years before and made"

"Did not like this movie on first viewing. However, after seeing it again, and realizing what it's truly about, I like it much better. Very tense thriller with no pay off. That's exactly the point, because it's about the people and the obsession. Do not expect another "Seven", and you will like it."
