ONE ENTHRALLING PULSEATING TRIP!

by Dane Youssef Well, now here's one that feels like doesn't just feel like another machine-made piece from off the assembly line. Here is a movie that feels like it has it's own ideas, thoughts, edges and all. The studio execuives didn't dig their claws into this one, sucking all the nerve and originality out of it just to make it inoffensive and more filt for mass consumption. All the more making this a move that's really worth seeing for those who don't like movies that just connect-the-dots and paint-by-numbers. In other words, a movie that desperately needs to exist. And be seen. A bizzare combo protein-shake of black comedy, thriller and horror show, this is one of those Slow Saturday Night cult films that the weirdo clerk behind the counter is always personally rec...Read more

Just plain bad

This movie tries to be a 'dark comedy', starting off in a bachelor party, when this go horribly wrong, and each wrong turn brings another horrid event.

that's basically the entire movie.

if you think 'accidentally' cutting someone in half is funny, i guess you're in for a treat. but even though I've seen this film back when I was in my early 20s and my taste in movies was a lot more immature back then, even then, I found this movie to be stupid, made only for the 'shock' factor, and simply not funny in the least bit. I completely lost my respect for Slater after this role, and he proved himself just how bad of an actor he's become with his recent roles in Alone in the Dark and Mindhunters.

This was a surprisingly interesting film. It reminds me of 'A Simple Plan' which I highly respect. How one little secret can explode into a grotesque and outrageous chain of events.

Christian Slater proves useful in this film aswell as his name Boyd that made me laugh everytime i heard it.

The ending leaves me feeling hopeless though. I guess everyone is punished for the parts they play.
