Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from this flick but I still ended up watching it with Nick, my step-son. At least, I’ll give this to Michael Bay, it was slightly better than the 2 previous installments but it was still nothing amazing though. It was actually pretty smart, they made you believe once again, by getting rid off the cast and bringing some new faces, that it would be something rea... read more

I have never been so excited to see a Transformers movie since the first one. Yeah, last time I missed, but this time it was in digital 3D. I was booked for the best seat in the cinema hall. I prefer watching movie opening day itself because to avoid mix up with others opinion. I watch and I give my stance. Which makes my belief's unchangeable, if the opposite viewpoint to mine start to pour.

I think I am one of the few people who actually enjoys Michael Bay and his crazy explosion fetish haha. Now this one is a fresh new cast which I think was a good move. I enjoyed the previous three films because sometimes it's just nice to watch a movie that doesn't make you rack your brains trying to figure it out. It's cool that Youtube stars are starting to expand into the film industry like RWJ... read more

“Transformers: Age of Extinction,” the fourth film in an apparently inexhaustible, profoundly exhausting series based on Hasbro toys, raises, not for the first time, a basic question: Who are these movies for? This one, like its predecessors, is likely to make a lot of money all over the world, but that only makes the matter more puzzling. The “Transformers” franchise seems like the most baldly and cynically commercial calculation imaginable — it is merchandising-based entertainment at its purest — and yet somehow it does not pander. — A. Movies Of 2016 (252 movies items)

"Most over length, ridiculously over advertise placements, poorly acted and unnecessary transformers movie from all four, but Michael Bay's action is always very enjoyable to watch. He master it very well. Mark Wahlberg's look and bodytype maked him a very believable scientist/inventor and in the movie he keeps reminding the viewer from it all the time. Shared With Friend! A complete waste of money, time and intelligence.

The movie is filled of American clichés, sick to death stereotypes, akwkard themes including phedophilia, one dimensional characters, lackluster action, bland acting and so many stupid and repetitive elements from the past films.

It's the exact and same movie but worse.

God help us and please make Transformers 5 a box office bomb. These movies are killing action films.” read more

2016: Films I've Watched in September (30 movies items)

"First Watched 9/11/2016 I knew what I would be getting but I still do not like it XD The Transformers deserve better (reboot; and I do not throw that word around lightly)! A bit of a step up from 2 and 3 but that really is not something to write home about."

Movie Reviews (1401-1450) (50 movies items)

" The Ups: Dinobots are finally here. Peter Cullen still have the voice for Optimus Prime. The Downs: Overkill in repetitive action scenes (mayhem explosions and human heroes rescued by Autobots). It also lasts so long that I could not hold my eyes open for the final showdown. If there is to be human characters don't make the film about them but make them supporting players instead as it is not them we have come to see but with the Spielberg/Bay team we will never see this. More product placeme"

"The amount of ads in this movie was just amazing. They probably worked more on creating changes to work the ads on film than anything else. The film also felt 10 hours long... and Mark Wahlberg was really believable as scientist/inventor."
