“In 2010 was a terrific year for Natalie Portman. Indeed, she showed up in ‘Black Swan’ giving her best performance so far and won the Academy Award for the Best Actress. The year after, she was in 3 big Hollywood productions. I still have to have to watch ‘Your Highness’ which looked promising but seemed ultimately rather underwhelming. ‘Thor’ was a decent super-hero flick but nothing really amazing in my opinion. And then you had this romantic-comedy which, pretty much like ‘Your Highness’, sounded pretty good on paper but was eventually pretty disappointing. Indeed, even though the whole thing was supposed to be a bold and irreverent attempt at the genre, I thought it was in fact terribly tame with a really pedestrian plot.
