I am a big John Grisham fan, and this movie did a good job at staying with the storyline. It is a powerfull story about a lawyer who has to defend Carl who killed two men, who raped his ten year old daughter. Carl is African American, and the two men who raped his daughter were white which sparks racial tension. This is a good legal drama, there was one scene that was powerfull. This is one of my favorite Matthew McConaughey movies. An my favorite John Grisham based movie. I wasnt sure when I first started watching this if I would like it or not, but I gave it shot because of Sandra, and absolutely loved the movie. Really good movie, you need to see if havent already.
