"Classic B-movie sci-fi in which years after an Atomic bomb had been dropped on the white sands, it has produced mutant giant ants which have to wiped out carefully. Looking very cheap now, at the time this was a shocker during a time of paranoia due to the Cold War. For a B-movie, the production values were pretty high although the ants themselves look very fake now and in some eyes, almost laughable. This is still a fairly decent sci-fi film."
