Absolutely terrible. So bad, in fact, that I didn't watch more than 10 minutes of it. And yes, that's not really a fair chance for the movie, but I then went and read up on it, to see if I should bother continuing, and the general consensus was: no.

There are few modern horror movies of this quality, which is a shame, since I love this one. The writing is superb, the acting is really damn good, and it's actually quite disturbing.

Lucky McKeetä olen fanittanut aina Maysta lähtien, mutta vasta The Womanissa mies tuntuu saaneen vanhan teränsä takaisin. Mustassa huumorissa mennään jo lähelle Solondz-tason häiritsevyyttä, ja sekoitukseen heitetään mukaan Iwai-henkistä eksistentalistista haikailua sekä amerikkalaisen perhe"
