I watch many animated movies (most of the time with my step-son) and I thought we should check this one out as well. Honestly, it was a rather well done flick and the whole thing was rather gorgeous to look at. However, Despereaux was not really a fascinating hero and the story was nothing really original or entertaining. This was such a cute story! It was something different, not your standard knight and princess story. I love this type of animation as well. I very much enjoyed the whole movie.
