"Raul Julia has a funny way of running. Clint Eastwood can´t shoot after he stopped making Dirty Harry´s. Also the evil henchwoman cant stop wanting him so she screws Clint wich does not make Raul Julia angry. Charlie Sheen is an amateur and gets shot in the back and Xander Berkeley uses airplane like a dirtbike Yep. Welcome to 90´s. All the cliches are here. At least things still blow up. The writers must have in been in WUI(Writin under influence) when they did this masterpiece. "
