6.8 rating? I do not agree, at all... This is one of Bill Murray's most important films in my opinion. Proof that he can bring comedy to a serious role, something very few actors can do convincingly. A story written about WWI but rings true today.

This is a so-so redo of the Somerset Maugham story. The original version with Tyrone Power & Gene Tierney ( http://www.listal.com/movie/the-razors-edge-24191 ) is much better than this. Gene Tierney's portrayal of the fragile Isabel who's married to Gray but is still in love with Larry is much truer to Maugham's story.
