Ok, now I think this is one of Sandler's worst movies. Not only was it very unfunny but it was also boring. Which really isn't a good mix. Truth be told, I didn't actually watch the whole movie I got about 50 minutes in, and then I had to switch it off, I knew it wasn't going to get any better, especially when it comes to things like this. I'm pretty much a sucker for any movie involving football and really liked this one. They stuck close enough to the original storyline to call it a remake, but it was very funny at the same time. Loved seeing the pro football players and wrestlers. I thought Sandler did a great job in this one. Even though I had some rather low expectations since I never really enjoyed any movie starring Adam Sandler, I thought I could give it a try anyway. “Ok, now I think this is one of Sandler's worst movies. Not only was it very unfunny but it was also boring. Which really isn't a good mix. Truth be told, I didn't actually watch the whole movie I got about 50 minutes in, and then I had to switch it off, I knew it wasn't going to get any better, especially when it comes to things like this. Don't bother watching, even if you are a fan of Adam Sandler's work. I'd go for something like Big Daddy, Click or The Wedding singer, which in my opinion are his bearable movies.
