“The film is based on the novel by Michael Cunningham and has a formidable three protagonists. Nicole Kidman, Julianne Moore and Meryl Streep are joining forces in a film that offers a unique way dead ends for women and their efforts to give meaning to their lives. Depending on the age of each, the heroines are faced with the social environment of each season, their sexuality and dead ends. It should be noted and the interpretation of Ed Harris in the role of Richard. The direction of Stephen Daldry is excellent and combined with careful photography gives a perfect aesthetic result. This is particularly important since the film takes place in three periods, each of which has a different style and approach. The end result is uniform and keeps the interest undiminished until the end.
