What a nice surprise! I had some rather low expectations concerning this movie but since Nick, my step-son, was really enthousiast, I thought we should give it a try anyway. Looking back, Dreamworks has some great movies like Shrek but, they've never been the forerunner in the animation field, until recently that is. Ever since Kung Fu Panda, the quality in their movies has increased(with the exception of Monsters vs. Aliens. It was a decent movie, but a step back). Proof That 3D Has Legs (8 movies items)

" 3D Rating: 10/10 Another animated movie, because this one is better than most. Whereas most animated movies have good but rote 3D, the 3D here is exceptional. It feels like snow is falling in your living room, and it looks like a world really is stretched out behind your television screen. This is a great movie, and experiencing it in 3D is wonderful."

"16.1.2013. For the first time/Online Excellent animated adventure with plenty of humor and likable characters.. But the best of all, in my opinion, was animation and now I really regret that I didn't see this movie on the big screen.. Although the Christmas season passed here are the real winter conditions and I could empathize more to the story.. I'll definitely look this one again, next time dubbed into Croatian.. "Viewed on an LG Cinema 3-D screen Breathtaking. This is a visually succulent movie, hence it's just remarkable to watch in 3-D. Each frame is so insanely detailed, and the 3-D makes this world look truly alive. It immerses you into this fantasyland beautifully. It's a remarkable experience."
