Neil Simon (Out-of-Towners. Jake's Women) was nominated for best writing, screenplay written directly for the screen for this movie. He has a way with words, and a genius not so commonly available despite then number of writers we have today. He is an original. He does not need to re- write, he just writes it! It is fresh and new material! I appreciate that!
