"Si Tobe Hopper, au moment de réaliser The Funhouse, a du laisser de côté la violence carnassière qui avait d'abord fait sa renommée, cela n'empêche pas le film de posséder plusieurs des qualités de Texas Chain Saw Massacre, son illustre prédécesseur. En plus de partager des motifs récurrents, les deux films proposent une ambiance magistrale. J'ai toujours légèrement mésestimé Tobe Hooper et son travail de réalisation sur ce film me le fait amèrement regretter. L'ambiance de la "
