" Notes: To be honest, it didn’t turn out to be one of my favorite movies from Alfred Hitchcock but it was still pretty awesome. Indeed, I think that the concept was a little bit limited preventing this movie from being truly great but it still completely deserves its stellar reputation. Nowadays, one thing that really bores me is that, in thriller or horror movies, they spend so much time trying to rationalize the most preposterous things (the best example I can think of is ‘The Ring’ rem"

" This one is my favourite of the ones where Hitchcock introduces the film to us. It demonstrates to me that he could've had a second career as a comedian."

Alfred Hitchcock Films - Ranked (53 movies items)

" Hitchcock manages to implant a few genuine moments of terror in a film with an extremely silly premise, but those moments are few and far between in a film that suffers from sluggish pacing and an unnecessarily stretched plot. "
