Description

An atomic scientist has been exposed to radiation, shot, and dumped in the Thames river. When his body is retrieved, he's alive but strangely glowing and living 7 seconds in the future. This gives him an edge in knowing what is about to happen, and a reporter helps him uncover a nuclear plot.
