Super Size Me (2004)

Disgusting? maybe, but "Super Size Me" really taught me a lot. I used to think Mcdonalds was alright for your system, and that you could easily consume it every day of your natural born life. Well, I was proven majorly wrong. What this film shows is graphic yet 100% factual. A guy named Morgan Spurlock (30 days) conducts a month long experiment by eating Mcdonalds every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He must have every item on the menu at least once before the time period is up. At first it looks delicious to eat that much, but after awhile it gets intense and gruesome to view. You see him gain about twenty pounds, and get very ill. The doctor tells him if he doesn't stop consuming this much fast food, he could die.
