We are in 1954. The protagonist,Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a cop. Shows tough, determined and rough-although a little disoriented. In protosynantame queasy on a boat, and with him lodged in the collaborator, Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo): he shows amiable, adaptable and reliable. The combination seems right. “This movie to me is a great psychological thriller, I really enjoy a movie that makes you think and that is what Shutter Island does. Every step of the tale, there are little twists and turns like a ballroom waltz. Leonardo Dicaprio plays Teddy Daniels the lead of the drama, who enters Shutter Island a place where once you enter there is no escaping or is there?. Like I said there are twists in the movie, and I can't really say more without giving too much away. However all I can say is that if you like Psychological thrillers like myself, this movie is brillant. It will have you thinking weeks after you have seen it, which is why I like it. Great movie great cast, and a story that does not dissapoint.” read more

"The Ending I truely love this scene, what would you do if you killed your partner after they killed your children could you live with yourself. Like Teddy says would you want to die a monster or as a good man, this is when you realize that he knows the truth but would rather die a good man the fictional character he created. The sad thing is Chuck realizes that the treatment was successful but it is too late. "
