Watched in 2011 (549 movies items)"Katsottu: 5.4.2011 Myönnettävä se on, joskus aikanaan tuli katsottua kyseistä tv-sarjaa. Enkä liiemmin sen katsomisesta tuolloin kärsinyt. Sarja toimi hyvin, koska se oli sarja. Elokuva ei toimi niin hyvin, koska se on ylivenytetty jakso. Muutamat kohtaukset ovat ihan kivoja, mutta sarjan tasolle ei missään vaiheessa päästä. Kaikki on kliseisempää ja mukana on niin paljon turhia sivuhahmoja sekä juonia. Pitkästyin monta kertaa, muttei tämä nyt silti aivan umpipaska ollut. Eiköh"

The Best Lists on Listal.com“Even though I have always been intrigued by the TV show, I never followed it (I think I have actually never seen one single episode). Anyway, as this movie was a huge success, I was rather curious about it. Eventuall, I don' think it was bad at at all but it was not great either. Indeed, on one hand, I liked how (relatively) deep the characters were (compared to the shallow characters you usually get in your typical romantic comedy) but, on the other hand, the story wasn't original at all and rather predictable. I also think that this movie got a bad rep because of its sequel (which I haven't seen) which seems to be really terrible but this first installment was not bad at all.
