An average martial arts film.

This film has received some impassioned reviews on IMDb but I'm just not feeling the hype. The film in itself was nothing special at all. The plot jumped all over the place, the characters never received enough screen time to generate any sort of empathy from the viewer and the martial arts action was nothing we haven't really seen before.

I guess that's all there is to say on the matter. I was very bored half way through the film, so much so that I put it on pause and went to speak to a few friends of mine. When a film is a chore to watch it's never a good sign.
