"Scalene has an interesting structure, and during the second half, I found myself particularly interested in the way the character of Paige was developed (certainly more interested than I was in the two characters we met before her). But as the climax gets underway, it becomes very difficult to believe the drastic decision that Paige makes and the means that she chooses to see that decision through. The way the character had been set up by the film in no way helps us believe what she does. "
