"20/03/2013 Kerronta ja leikkaus on jostain häntäluun ja välilihan väliltä. Onhan Preciousin tarina tavallaan kipeä mutta toteutus on vain niin tunnevammainen, ettei se saa pontta oikeastaan lainkaan. Ihmissuhteet ovat kaikinpuolin pintapuoleisia ja vaikka nimihahmoakin kohtaan pitäisi tuntea ehkä jotain sympatiaa, on koko elokuva säälittävällä tavalla luotaantyöntävä. En jaksa ymmärtää kenenkään näyttelijättären roolisuorituksen hehkutusta, saatika koko elokuvan."
