1 vote I doubt Disney would ever produce anything like Pinocchio these days. Disney isn't gutsy enough. To be honest, I still don't know how this got into theaters. Disney scarcely ever makes a film as subtly dark as this. 1 vote I have had very personal feelings for Pinocchio pretty much my entire life which makes it my favourite Disney Classic (besides Pixar). Pinocchio is a life-teaching film because it reveals what is truly important and what you need to stick by: family! Also, it shows us what is right and what is wrong and what path to take. It is indeed a heartmelting adventure but it is pretty intense on occasions.... read more
