"Unlike most Spede Pasanen films, like Uuno Turhapuro (Numbskull Emptybrook) mentioned earlier in this list, Pähkähullu Suomi is a fantastic film. Spede was in the 60s a way more anarchistic filmmaker, inspired especially by the crazy comedies of Bob Hope and Jerry Lewis. The entertainment wasn't completely family friendly and dull but adventurous and satirical. This film was made to celebrate Finland's 50th year of independence.
