“Nothing's better as a companion piece to a searing true-to-life drama than the documentary from which it was obviously inspired. "One Day in September" headlines the event depicted in the movie "Munich." The movie showcases testimonials from the remaining member of the Palestinian terrorist group Black September (the fate of the others already the subject of the Spielberg movie) and from relatives of the Israeli Olympians. It also attacks the culpability of the German authorities in dealing with the crisis, clearly shown in the movie as pure blunder. Narrated by Michael Douglas, the movie is tight, gripping and very focused.” read more
