After a nuclear war that almost drove the human race into extinction, the survivors were left to restore their broken world.
With the world's population devestated, human-like cyborg's were developed to compensate for the lack of workers. The central government founded a company called NEUCOM and started the mass production of the artificial workers.
Physiologically, these cyborgs were nearly identical to humans, but with two differences - lifespan and the brain. A Cyborg's flesh would rot and die after a few years. And instead of a human brain, cyborgs possessed an Artificial Intelligence computer chip.
Eventually there is a number of deviant cyborgs and the central government launches a special task force called MLPC to tackle the problem, but the number is on the increase.
Natural City is about a love story between an AI and a human being who fights to stay with her.
