3 votes The "Holy Grail" is a dopey, silly bit of silliness that is best experienced with a group of people. Preferably this group of people should have seen the movie before and be drunk with merriment (or just drunk). 1 vote This is a film that quite a lot of people would call a classic but I don't think it is that much of a classic but a really good film. There are reasons for this. The story was funny but was in a little bit of a mess. Yes, I do realise it is a silly slapstick film but I feel it was a bit too silly if you get what I mean. 1 vote The first time I watched it, when I was 11 years old, I had to leave the room crying from laughing so hard. To this day I crack up at the ridiculousness of this movie. Sure it's not the best acting or comedic lines, but that's what makes it great. One of the best spoof movies to start a revolution of them years to come. Description:
King Arthur is on his quest for the Holy Grail and no one cares. He has very little budget to work with, so he has a peasant substitute for a horse by making clippity-clop sounds with coconuts.
