"10.01. DVD, 2nd viewing DIRECTED BY Jacques Tati Tati's sense of visual comedy is pretty much impeccable. The way he basically invents a style of architecture, the way people and animals behave in his films, the amount of details in every frame etc. - he's just superb. A satire that totally avoids cynicism is hard enough for many a filmmaker. This scene is nothing short of genius."
