Wenders lured several name actors to a meditative narrative that's pretty much about nothing. In a roach motel housing a set of unique weirdos, a detective searches for the truth involving a murdered artist. At best, it's to see a bloated Bud Cort and Stormare's Lennon-clone (The voice is a hoot).
