Dizia no meu livrinho dos 300 Filmes Para Ver Antes de Morrer: "Um filme sujo, violento e quase pornográfico - como seria a década de 1970. [...] Perdidos é aparentemente um filme menor, mas basta assistí-lo para ser arrastado por ele." Achei Midnight Cowboy muito por acaso e lembrando dele estar na lista, comprei. Como de costume, levei semanas até assistir. E a crítica do livrinho estava certa. Impossível não amar a ingenuidade caipira do caubói Buck (John Voight) e a também ingênua malandragem (sim) de urbano Ratso / Rico / Razzo (Dustin Hoffman). Embora tenha uma vibe meio gay friendly, fala em primeiro lugar de amizade. Amizade pura e simples, aquele sentimento bem antigo e atualmente quase em desuso.
