Description

On a Caribbean cruise, Jenny (Bynes) is marooned on a beach with her rock and roll idol. Deliriously in love with the idea of time alone with him, she manages to hide the fact that they're a stones throw away from their resort.

âDie Blaue Laguneâ Regisseur Randal Kleiser bekommt anscheinend nicht genug von karibischen Drehorten und inszeniert diese Teenie-Romantic-Comedy an einem Traumstrand. Die schon oft erzÃ¤hlte Story vom amourÃ¶sen Treffen eines Fans mit seinem Schwarm, bekommt hier durch die vermeintliche EntfÃ¼hrung einen neuen Twist. Ansonsten schwimmt die KomÃ¶die in bekannten Genre-GewÃ¤ssern und auch die Schauspieler agieren nach dem Handbuch fÃ¼r Teenie-KomÃ¶dien. MÃ¤Ãig bekannten Schauspieler und die vorhersehbare Story machen den Film nicht zu einem Publikumshit, aber sommerliche Nachmittagsunterhaltung fÃ¼r die Zielgruppen bietet er allemal.
