When I first saw this film with a bunch of friends at the cinema I was impressed. There's no doubt it's just another chick flick but it's also a funny film. However, when I saw it again this year I realised just how cheesy it is. The story basically follows a bunch of characters who are all vaguely connected to each other and their various accomplishments in love.

Still quite funny, but hilariously flawed, I couldn't take it seriously the next time I watched it.

i know i'm a sucker for chick flicks but this one certainly touched me more genuinely than most. a depiction of a variety of situations all to do with love.
they could have put a gay one in there though. :)

One month before Christmas. London. Eight couples. Their lives, their loves, their attempt at finding love, lost or new.

Great cast. Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson, Bill Nighy, Colin Firth, Keira Knightley, Chiwetel Ejiofor. Great roles for each of them. Wonderful acting. All the actors I found were well-directed.

Comedy. Drama. Love. Romance.
Worth watching.
