"28.1. Decent Chan. Starts as a funny drama about two brothes, one a cop and another a mentally retarded "child", and their weird life together. End is some sort of kidnapping thriller. I guess Golden Harvest just didn't like to do just an heartwarming drama so they had to add some wacky action. "
