Run Lola Run (Lola rennt) (1998)

For anyone who likes Time Travel type of movies or the chance to do it again, this is a great film. It's one of the few German films that I've seen that completely engrossed me. Highly recommended.

Very innovative way of looking at a situation. Yes it was done before in a way by Kurosawa, but with the added techno music it made for a great movie.

A visually inventive, exciting movie, it is also surprisingly original, despite its very simple plot.

The writer-director, Tom Tykwer, is simply brilliant: he used animation, color and black-and-white film, music video effects and camera tricks to tell Lola’s adventures – an imaginative way to convey a movie’s story.

The film has funny moments, but it is mostly the breathless excitement that makes it a film worth watching.

i watched this movie yesterday and i have to say i love how it shows exactly how little details or single seconds can make everything different. it's about being lucky and making the right decisions in the right time, or it could be too late.

I watched this one in the theater at my college, and I thought it was pretty cool.

Lola's bf calls to tell her he's going to rob a bank so he can get some money he owes so he's not rubbed out. What happens is we see several different scenarios based on little changes that could occur with all the variables out there.

I'd like to see it again to pick up on the nuances.
