This is undoubtedly the darkest of all Almodovar. Here, the director abandons almost completely melodramatic speech devoted to him and dives deeply into a realm of more psychological approach than usual, full of nuances and shocking. Proof that he is able to get out of your comfort zone and venture into original productions.

Se alkaa väkivaltaisilla taipumuksilla ja identiteettiongelmilla ja syvenee todella mielipuoliseen identiteetin pakkovaihtamiseen. Antonio Banderasia on ilo nähdä taas hyvässä roolissa oikeassa elokuvassa, ja Elena Anaya on myös todella hyvä ongelmaiseksi pakotettuna naisena. Banderasin hullu tohtori -moodi on hyvin creepyä katsottavaa. Viaplay yritti pilata tämänkin parhaansa mukaan."
