Its originality, combined with some of the most amazing special effects considering its age makes this an unmissable experience! This classic film is about a somewhat crazed filmmaker named Carl Denham (Armstrong) who is endlessly searching for a young actress for his new movie. He meets young, poor girl Ann Darrow (Wray, in one of the most memorable performances to this day) who accompanies him and his film crew to the mysterious island haunted by the colossal giant gorilla known as 'Kong'.
