I thought this was actually better then Vol. 1 although I was annoyed by the scene where she goes to kill Budd and kicks open the door. I couldn't help but think how idiotic she was. You'd think after you'd been through that much you'd actually thoroughly consider what you were doing wouldn't you? I thought the movie was going to be just one long piece of stupidity after that but once it got to th... read more

Overrated and Boring.

To say that Kill Bill 2 is as enjoyable as Kill Bill 1 is an understatement, even though i'm not a fan of Quentin Tarantino movies, i had a blast watching the first kill bill, the whole revenge theme was very appealing, the stylist violence, the score, everything about that movie was extremely well executed, so i was really excited to watch the 2nd volume, given the fact that it had the same criti... read more

Gruesome and intense sequel!

As soon as I saw Volume 1 film on DVD, I immediately put the disc in for Volume 2 because I was so excited about what was going to happen. However, when I watched the sequel, I really enjoyed it almost as much as the first film but I don?t think it needed to be as long as it was. I personally think that the second one could have been cut by about 10 minutes because the scenes with the Bride and Bi... read more

The Bride unwaveringly continues on her "roaring rampage of revenge" against the band of assassins who had tried to kill her and her unborn child. The woman visits each of her former associates one by one, checking off the victims on her Death List Five until there's nothing left to do... but kill Bill.

35 From 4: My Favorite Films From 2004 (35 movies items)

" Only two words can be used to describe this movie: Bad @ss. Not only is this Quentin's homage to martial arts flix, but it also includes homage's to anime and those funky, grainy 70's Bruce Lee's wannabe's that made us laugh with their unsynchronized voice-overs, jagged camera movements and b-level musical sound effects. And yet, he was able to combine all this in a manner that was just plain... well.... ... bad-@ss. Oh, and by the way, out of sheer curiosity, I just performed the Five"

"The second part of Quentin Tarantino's epic revenge thriller is a much more wordy affair, as the Bride get ever closer to finding her former lover. With less action and more chatting, the film loses its focus and often becomes dull but when the set pieces do arrive, particularly the fight between Uma Thurman and Daryl Hannah, it is electric. It will still be interesting to see the complete film but not one of Tarantino's best."

Movie Reviews (151-200) (50 movies items)

" More relaxed and less of a homage film than the first chapter as it is full of long dialogue sequences that Tarantino love to write making this a total change of pace (and a good think that these films were split in two parts). Only a over-the-top and comical scene with a colorful mentor feels like a deleted scene from the first one. David Carradine steals the show by delivering his best acting gig in ages."

Tarantino: Connections (7 movies items)

"Speaking of Kill Bill, one of the many times someone tried to kill The Bride, aka Beatrix Kiddo, included a scene where Budd buries her alive in the lonely grave of Paula Schultz. Paula’s husband is a former dentist turned bounty hunter by the name of Dr. King Schultz (played by Christoph Waltz), who ends up freeing Django and helping him find his wife in Django Unchained. "
