When this came out it was known to be Kevin Smith's worst movie until Cop Out was released and took it's place. After seeing it I thought that it did not deserve the reputation it gets as a movie. It may have it's flaws, but I thought it was touching and a different movie for Kevin Smith to make. I really liked George Carlin's performance too. If you're a fan of Smith's work then I would give it a chance."
"The Movie: The end of Bennifer, as J.Lo dies and Affleck has to bring up their daughter on his lonesome. A Kevin Smith film.
Why It Was Hated: Smith could do no wrong, until he dropped the View Askewniverse and tried to make a mainstream crowd-pleaser. His next film? Clerks 2.
Typical Online Review: "Such a dissapointment. Why did you let me down so bad!!!!!" James A, Rotten Tomatoes
My take on the film: Of all the films, Kevin Smith has made to date, it was actually a pretty decent film."
