In my opinion, Tim Robbins is a great actor and one of the most underrated. Especially in the 90's, he made some great flicks. Here, he stars with Meg Ryan who was totally charming back in those days. With that in mind, I thought this would be at least an entertaining romantic-comedy. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be... Australian Fred Schepisi (A Cry in the Dark) directs this comedy/ romance that is fun, relaxing, and set in the spring. You will laugh while watching this movie. “In my opinion, Tim Robbins is a great actor and one of the most underrated. Especially in the 90's, he made some great flicks. Here, he stars with Meg Ryan who was totally charming back in those days. With that in mind, I thought this would be at least an entertaining romantic-comedy. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be... Indeed, the plot just bored me to death. Furthermore, I always find it annoying when a romantic-comedy is based on a lie or misunderstanding. It is really an old and overused gimmick which I never enjoyed. Tim Robbins and Meg Ryan both try very hard to make their characters charming and/or interesting but I couldn't care less. To conclude, even though I'm a sucker for romantic-comedies, this one was really average so, in my opinion, it is not really worth a look whatsoe” read more

You can tell them by their preppie shoes. Meg Ryan (Sleepless in Seattle, You've Got Mail) is Catherine Boyd, Einstein's niece who is a competent, but not so confident mathematician. Perhaps it is because she is surrounded by all that genius. She thinks that if she marries someone with a high I.Q. her kids will have a high I.Q. as well, but she does not knows what she wants.
