“This movie is one of my favs, even though the ending is sad the journey is not. The movie takes you on a life changing adventure, through the eyes of Christopher McCandless, who dispite has grown up in a wealthy family and seeming to have everything he wants, goes on a journey of self discovery. Watching his parents destroy themselves and pretending to be something there not, Chris decides to head north to the Alaskan Wild to make it on his own. On his way there he meets some interesting characters, who help give chris answers. During the film his sister Carine Narrators Chris's thoughts on life, which helps bring the beauty more to life. Some people have said that Chris should not be idolised because there are things that happen, that could have easily not have but that does not take away” read more
