Insomnia is in my opinion one of the most underrated films of all time. It is a film that has a very enjoyable, fate-deciding and twisted story that I found deeply interesting from start to finish. I think the reason why I loved this film so much was that it was one of my kinds of films: murder mystery without being too complex, twists, tense and dramatic and a great ensemble cast. A brilliant story, with so many twists and turns, Nolan does a great job, as always, this is more than just a crime story, this is a masterpiece.

"In my opinion, this is Nolan's weakest film. That being said, I still really enjoyed it. It was this close from getting an 8 star rating. It just lacks the originality of Nolan's other works. I still think Pacino and Williams both gave great performances, and overall it was a very, very good film. "
