“With such a cool title, I just really had to watch this flick. First of all, I have never read the books so I can´t compare both. Eventually, it was not bad but still rather flawed in my opinion. I really enjoyed the cast (Martin Freeman, Mos Def, Sam Rockwell, Zooey Deschanel, Bill Nighy, Warwick Davis, Alan Rickman, Helen Mirren, Stephen Fry, John Malkovich, Kelly Macdonald, Jason Schwartzman) and they all gave some pretty good performances. However, the plot was really messy and even though some stuff was quite hilarious, some other things didn´t work so well. The point is that the whole thing was pretty random and I´m not big fan of randomness in a feature but there were definitely some hilarious bits.
