I wasn't sure what to expect from this flick but since there was a nice cast, I still wanted to check it out. To start with, seriously, the opening was really pathetic. I had some issue to make out what was going on... Was it serious? Was it a joke? I mean, basically, you have this bunch of white kids (poorly) imitating some black gangsters, it was just barely bareable and the whole documentary th... read more
I liked the way it approaches adolescence, young rich, curious and inconclusive. Interesting portrait of the family trying to cover up the small "crimes" of the sons, because for that there is a single point of view that is of their own children. It's interesting that movies like this, with no great artistic value, which becomes more interesting is to analyze the perception that Americans have of ... read more

"Allison Lang - HAVOC
Bullshit. I don't even know what else to say. Anne Hathaway is diddling herself on a couch 6 feet away from you and your invitation was lost in the mail. Wait, was that a nipple? Kill me. This is like a whole different level. Let's call it cocktorture and move on."

It's interesting that movies like this, with no great artistic value, which becomes more interesting is to analyze the perception that Americans have of Latins. They live in ghettos, are barbaric and attract attention and interest of the poor little rich girls. The boredom, when knocks on their door, the way is to search fun with these "strange creatures". The personal dramas of the two girls seem funny... Thankfully, Hathaway was able to overcome in the movie and did a really good work!” read more
"The angst file:
Allison: Inside the circle and out, we live very sheltered lives... So we dress gangsta, we talk shit, so what? It's our thing. See basically, the thing to remember is that none of it really matters, we're just teenagers and we're bored. We are totally... fucking... bored.
