“Honestly, I thought it was rather disappointing. Indeed, even though 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' was nothing really original, I thought it was a very nice romantic-comedy and I thought it was a brilliant idea to make a spin-off about Aldous Snow. Furthermore, the story sounded really cool and had some potential to be really outrageous and hilarious. Unfortunately, like I said before, the whole thing didn't really convinced me. The point is that, even though there were definitely some funny scenes, it was never really hilarious and some of the jokes were just terrible. Take Sean Combs, for example. "9.2.2013 Very simple plotted comedy where Jonah Hill has to get Russell Brand to perform in the Greek at L.A, as the title suggests. So yes, like I said it's simple. Much of the humor is taken from the stuff that comes down on the duo in their seemingly long trip, like smuggling drugs in asshole or most of the time, from hard partying. Jonah Hill is still after my Apatow-fanboy times one of my favorites of that crew, so he's okay, but Russell Brand is just unfunny in all his goofiness and while"

“Ugh, I wish I hadn't taken this DVD out of the wrapper so I could take it back to Walmart and get my $5 back. I typically like the movies Jonah Hill is in, but I have never seen a Russell Brand movie. I have seen a few clips of Brand's material and I didn't really like it and this movie just makes me like him that much less. Not that this movie was terrible, but it was pretty close. There were a few moments where I got a chuckle or two, but I need to have more than a few chuckles during an hour and 45 minute to enjoy a movie. I am glad I did not see this movie in the theaters and I can at least get some of my money back from selling the DVD.” read more

Thought it was pretty funny, never been much of a fan of Russell Brand, but he definitely makes me laugh in this. Same goes for Sean Combes as well, he was stand out funny in this. My favourite character has to be Jackie Q, she's absolutely hilarious, her two songs especially! "
